Being the Best Version of YOU

As I continue on my journey, discovering my true self I’ve hit many speed bumps.

I learned it is not all that easy. It requires courage, perseverance and belief in yourself.

The journey to becoming your best and most successful self is challenging. It has taken a lot out of me.

There are moments when I lose hope and want to give up on myself. I feel as though I don’t have it in me to keep on going.

I know I am not alone in this feeling. To keep you motivated on your journey of becoming your best self, here are a few things I’ve discovered on my journey…

Be Authentic

It’s hard to grow if you’re not true to yourself. Be honest about what you are passionate about and who you want to be. This also means being honest to yourself about your flaws and areas in which need improving.

Fall in Love with Yourself

Love is the most powerful energy source we can provide. Give yourself that same love you would give any loved one. Direct your light and energy inward toward YOU. You will feel yourself radiate in life and provide yourself the energy to keep on pushing.

Create a Vision

Have an idea in mind of who you want to be. Keep this vision at the top of your mind each and everyday. It will act as a internal reminder of what you are working towards.

Embrace the Small Moments

We make small steps each and every day that propel us toward the person we wish to be. Don’t disregard these little accomplishments, embrace them! Its those little steps that are getting you closer to your end goal, so don’t look pass them

Have a “Never-give-up” Attitude

This one may be the hardest of them all, but we are always going to have curve ball thrown at us in life. We must keep pushing through and you’ll eventually realize you have everything you need to reach your full potential.

I hope these little things help get you out of your rut and back on your journey to becoming the person you always wished to be.

I’d love to hear experiences you’ve had on your journey, please feel free to comment and share your experiences below!
